Step 1: Prep the Ingredients
Beef: Cut the pre-marinated bulgogi beef into bite-sized pieces.
Vegetables: Thinly slice the onion. Chop the Napa cabbage, bok choy, and green onion into easy-to-eat sizes.
Mushrooms: Trim off the bottom root of the enoki mushrooms and gently separate them into small clusters.
Step 2: Simmer the Base
